Tenant improvement work for new office space at multi-tenant retail complex. Interior painted gypsum board, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing buildout, flooring and restrooms. This TI was a fast-track schedule project with daily coordination and monitoring of the work to meet tenant’s deadline and required special care and attention while working in and around live operations of the complex.

Complete build-out of 2,800 SF new office building. Includes demolition of existing structures, new utility services, site paving and concrete. Building utilizes ICF concrete filled walls, SOG floor, single ply flat roof, with stucco and stone exterior finishes.
