Construction of a new 15,000 SF class A retail center. Project built in multiple phases to accommodate Client’s tenant schedule. The existing buildings were recycled and then demolished, new underground utility services were installed having to work with neighboring properties. Site also required retaining walls. The shell and core construction was wood framed with SOG, brick and wood siding with standing seam metal roof. Premium finishes of sitework with fountains, stamped and colored concrete, colored radius walls at patio seating areas, and extensive landscaping. Project also required budget pricing for various tenants during lease negotiations for Client.

Tenant improvement for new Panda Express restaurant. Project included extensive gas plumbing work for kitchen equipment, grease exhaust hoods and ansul system at cook line. Interior finishes were detailed with multiple bright color painted drywall, various tile patterns and colors at floors and walls and angled soffits for accent lighting. Received and installed all of tenant’s furniture, equipment, and decals. Improvements were completed in 56 calendar days, two weeks ahead of schedule.

Tenant improvement for new retail juice bar. Stained concrete floors, interior painted gypsum board, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing buildout. Required detailed coordination to meet very specific tenant requirements and needs.
